RETURN POLICY


RETURNS  

We want you to be happy with your jewelry! If they don’t live up to your expectation, we’d love to help you coordinate a return, exchange or store credit for qualifying item(s) within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and show no signs of wear and tear
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original packing list
  • Non-pierced items

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings, and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.

For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind

Returns from the USA and Canada:

Please note the entire return process will take an estimated 1-3 weeks from when you ship it, to when your return is processed.

Returns from outside North America:

Return labels fee will not be covered for international customers. The shipping cost of returns are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

The return process for international customers can take up to 6 weeks.

All returns are sent to our office in Vancouver, BC

You can choose to receive the funds back, exchange for a new item or store credit. Note that orders under $65 CAD (before GST) and gift returns is subjected to store credit/exchange only.

If you agree to go ahead with the refund process, a return shipping label will be generated. There will be a flat rate $9.95 CAD for this shipping label. If you choose exchange or store credit, we will cover the cost of the return label. Return labels are not covered for international customers.

Other additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package
back is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.

If you choose to exchange an order, please note that the same discount codes can not be applied again

All sales are final sale and are not eligible for a return. This includes all promotional discounts. If you still want to return the
item, we are happy to offer you exchange or store credit. Cost of return label for sale items and orders that apply discount will not be covered

Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange item order as soon as your return is on the way back to our office.

 Damaged or Incorrect Product?

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us at cs@blinksj.com with the email titled “Incorrect/Faulty Item Received – [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of incorrect/faulty product received. We are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 14 days of purchase.  

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please always contact us before sending your order back
