SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are based in beautiful Vancouver, Canada! All orders are shipped by us from our office in Vancouver. Standard orders to Canada and the US will never have duties. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.

YES! We offer FREE shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $65 CAD after discounts and promo codes (except for orders under $65 CAD within Canada are still eligible for FREE shipping via letter mail with NO tracking). Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of Canada and the US

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Upgraded Express shipping orders are prioritized and are shipped within 1 business day. If your order has not shipped within this time frame, it may be because of:

  •  Missing order information – check your email!

You’ll never have to pay duties on standard shipping to Canada or the US! Orders shipping to international locations and express shipments to the US may be subject to import duties, handling fees and VAT, which we cannot control.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working

We would love to meet you in person, however, this service is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. We’ll let you know when we can resume local pick-up for a convenient shopping experience. Meanwhile, feel free to take advantage of our FREE shipping policy for all Canada orders

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven’t received anything, we suggest doing the following:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
  • Double check your area in case it’s stored in a hidden area
  • Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days – sometimes, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

Blink Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. If your package is still no where to be found, please contact us at cs@blinksj.com

You can also create an account during the checkout process. We recommend creating an account so you can view your order history and save your information for quick and easy checkout in the future.

We want you to be happy with your jewelry! If they don’t live up to your expectation, we’d love to help you coordinate a return, exchange or store credit for qualifying item(s) within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and show no signs of wear and tear
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original packing list
  • Non-pierced items

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings, and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.

For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind

Oh no! We’re so sorry – we know how much of a bummer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages or defects can happen during shipment.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at cs@blinksj.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

Please note we are unable to accept reclamations beyond 14 days pass the date you received your order and damages incurred from wear and tear or mishandling of the item.

We love that you’re gifting our pieces! All orders automatically include a beautiful Velvet Pouch for gifting and a Silver Polishing Cloth. Our gift boxes can be purchased as an add-on to your order.

You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout. We love surprises!

Yikes, looks like you missed out! We try our best to keep our best selling pieces in stock, but sometimes, they just move too fast.

The best way to hear about new arrivals, promotions and back-in-stock items first is by signing up to our newsletter and following us on social media. Another way to be updated is to send us a Back-in-stock Request at cs@blinksj.com and we’ll be happy to see if we can accommodate

Prices are subject to change at any time. We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on your regular priced item(s) up to 3 days after your order is placed. This applies to regular priced items only and does not include discount code items or items that are part of any other promotion. Please email us at cs@blinksj.com within 3 days of your order date to request a price adjustment.

We understand sometimes you change your mind! To cancel your order, please notify us immediately at cs@blinksj.com within 12 hours after order has been placed . No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period.

This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed and package has been sent. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.

Accepted cancellations will be refunded in the form of store-credit. All sales are final sales, cancellation and exchanges during sale period or on sale items is not allowed.

JEWELRY CARE

We have provided everything you need to have to maintain and keep your jewelry from turning black, including:

  • Airtight Velvet Pouch for storage
  • Silver Polishing Cloth

Sterling Silver can be safe wearing when showering/swimming/exercising. When not using, keep all jewelry in a clean & dry closed storage such as the jewelry pouch we provide

Tarnishing is completely natural. Be sure to use the silver polishing cloth included in all orders to clean the item from time to time to maintain the product and restore its shine

Pure Silver items can be polished as many times as you need to. Sterling Silver is a beautiful and solid precious metal that can last a lifetime. It oxidizes when in contact with sulphur particles in the air and water. In fact, the oil on your skin is a natural silver polishing solution. Wearing it often will help prevent tarnishing!

MATERIAL

As you already know through the name, we pride ourselves in using 100% Pure Sterling Silver that is of high quality, affordable and can restore its original color by polishing

925/950 Silver is made from 92.5% or 95% silver and 7.5% or 5% alloy. Pure silver is precious but too soft to use in jewelry. Add a little alloy to the mix and voila, you’ve got a more sturdy version of silver that can be turned to pretty aesthetic jewelry.

 

Sterling Silver is just a different name for 925 Silver. Some countries, including France have a standard of 95% silver, however 92.5 is the most common

Here are some different ways you can test at home to make sure that the jewelry you have is made up of Real Silver:

  • Authentication Hallmark or Stamp: The first thing you should look for when you inspecting an item to be real silver is markings like a stamp or hallmark. All Blink Silver items are authentically stamped with Verified S925/S950 stamp that can be found on the inside of every jewelry.
  • The Magnet Test: Most precious metals, like gold, are nonmagnetic, and silver is no exception. Grab some magnets and see if they are drawn to your jewelry. Fake silver or silver-plated items over other metals (like zinc, brass, stainless steel, titan, iron) will stick strongly to the magnet. Real Silver, on the other hand, will exhibit only weak magnetic effect.
  • The Polish Test: Real Silver will tarnish from time to time but can be polished with a polishing cloth. If your jewelry lose its original color after polishing, it is suggested that the items were plated with silver and not pure silver in the beginning.
