In stock orders are processed and leave our office within 1-2 business days.

Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays. Please see table below for estimated shipping timelines

We do not process pre-order or back-order at the moment

Orders to Canada and the US include tracking without signature (except for orders under $65 CAD in Canada, which will be subjected to FREE SHIPPING via letter mail with NO tracking). See table below for more details.

International Orders: Once international orders with standard shipping have left our office, we cannot guarantee real-time
tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option. All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs
clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery with signature, please refer to our Express Shipping options.

All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for any questions about express shipping to your location!

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven’t received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
  • Double check your area in case it’s stored in a hidden area
  • Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days – sometimes, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

Blink Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, your package is considered loss and is not eligible for store credit or refund, so please check your address carefully at check-out

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 

We process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send a request to cs@blinksj.com within 12 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. Accepted cancellations will be refunded in the form of store-credit. We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. All sales are final sales, cancellation and exchanges during sale period or on sale items is not allowed.

Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. 

We are shipping orders as usual. However, due to current global situations, please expect that packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame listed below during this time. As postal services are dealing with increased volumes and implementing safety distancing measures, please check your local postal outlet or their website for more details. Please note that it is common for a package to say delivered and turn up a few days later. We are not responsible for shipping or return costs associated with late package arrivals.
